Rent The BTC Pavilion
As of December 17th, 2025 we are currently not accepting any rental request till further notice as we are updating the rental policies, procedures and pricing. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATERIf you’re interested in renting the pavilion please check to see if the date is available on the calendar before contacting the rental manager to book it.
Please note no rentals will be approved for the backroom. all rentals will be in the pavilion. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BTC Rental Rules BELOW
Please follow and respect the club rental rules to prevent loss of being able to rent the pavilion in the future .
ENTERING & LEAVING the BTC PREMISES: All guests must enter and leave through the side gate to the pavilion (white building). Front entrance is only for BTC members.
The reserving member must be present for the entire duration of the event, if the reserving member leaves all non members must leave premises.No alcohol beverages may be brought on the premises.On scheduled rental days, the kitchen is available only to the reserving member. The Rental Manager or designated bartender will oversee kitchen access.Children are NOT allowed in the front bar area or the backroom. (unless to use the bathroom)Non-members may not remain in the backroom unless using the restroom or at the front bar unless accompanied by a member or purchasing a drink.PARKING: There is no parking in the BTC lot. THIS AREA IS RESERVED FOR MEMBERS ONLY! VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.ALL tables and chairs must be put back.ALL garbage cleaned up, garbage cans emptied into the dumpster (located on the schiller street side) to prevent the forfeiture of your security deposit.
Rental Fees/Set up/Break down INFO
All rentals will be in the pavilion & require a Security Deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.Rental by a BTC Member for himself or immediate family - $150.00 Plus a $200.00 Security Deposit.All other rentals (member sponsored only) - $500.00 Plus a $200.00 Security DepositSecurity Deposit is required to lock in dateRental fee must be paid two weeks prior to the event.One bartender is included with the rental fee for up to 50 people.Additional fee of $50.00 applies if an additional bartender is requested or needed.Kitchen Included in rental if needed at no additional chargeThe BTC does not provide set up or breakdown of the pavilion, which is the responsibility of the BTC member renting the pavilion.Plates, forks, cups, table clothes ETC are not provided by the BTC.Beer kegs are not provided: BTC does not supply beer dispensing equipmentBeer, Wine, liquor: Not included in rental (Drink prices apply)Coffee and Pop Included
Security Deposit, Damages & Clean up:
The security deposit is refundable if no damage occurs and the pavilion and grounds are cleaned up, which is the responsibility of the renting member. The Renting member is also responsible for any lost or damaged BTC property. Deposits will be returned within two weeks following the event and the completion of the item below;ALL tables and chairs must be put back, all garbage cleaned up, garbage cans emptied into the dumpster (located on the schiller street side) to prevent the forfeiture of your security deposit.
